On Feb 11 my mom gave them a ANB check for 500, (which was the deposit towards the venue which he said was from 12-12 for 2,000)when she went to go see the venue in person, They cashed it on Feb 14. On Wednesday 16th I called and asked if we could go in Friday night and decorate early which he said no there was a party Friday night earliest we could go in was 10am Saturday and never mentioned that it would be more for the 2 hours This Saturday August 19, day of party they were given an envelope containing 2,000. 400 in over payment, and they never brought up the contract just took the cash envelop that was labeled 2,000 Once my mom realized she contacted them and asked if she could get her refund back, but really meant the extra money they received Saturday, which then we were told a different price, about ruined table cloths some extra stuff we didn’t rent and the extra time charges etc , and I told them that was what the deposit is for, ruined stuff, and it was extra cash given still , they tried to say it was 2500 for the venue and I send screenshot we’re they said it would be 2000 from 12-12 with a 500 deposit towards it , & they brought up the dirty table cloths and extra time charge they never talked about, I then brought up that they never sent the contract and they said they did and we never signed them I tried to send a Messege asking proof of email sent to us with contract & then realized I was blocked , and so was my mom
