            My husband ****** took my vehicle to this shop for dent repair after the hail storm we had this year. On 5/30/21 we received the invoice for my 2010 Nissan Maxima for the repairs. We paid a total of $3820.77 to Blondie Dent Repair in cash. When we received our vehicle back Cesar the owner of Blondie Dent Repair mentioned he was waiting on the window trim to come in as it was on back order. We've waited several months for this trim to come in and it has yet to arrive. There have been several phone calls to Cesar inquiring on the trim and we always get the run around. On 8/18/21 Cesar advised he had canceled the previous order for the window trim and would submit a new order through a different car part store. Text messages have also been exchanged and it has now gotten to the point where he is no longer answering to either one. He submitted an invoice to my insurance company for a supplement to replaced the damaged window trim, I simply want him to finish the job and replace the window trim.
