    Worst car experience ever. Salesman lied to us and sold us a car with the promise of fixing a latch that was broken on the hatch. We bought the car in October and it is now March. Service department has given us the run around and now telling us that WE would have to pay $1700. They stated that particular salesman is known for promising repairs and not following thru. Yet he still works there. I have text messages from salesman promising to fix the car. I have so much more to say on their service department but I have limited space here.

    I apologize for any inconvenience that the customer is experiencing.  We did agree to fix the latch in our service department and we did order the part.  Unfortunately, once the part arrived, the customer would not leave us the vehicle so we could install the part.  The customer took the part and installed it on their own and it is not operating properly.  We can only warranty parts and/or repairs that are completed at Kia of Amarillo and we explained this to the customer prior to them taking the part.

    Service department lies to the customer and avoids talking with them. Manager doesn’t care if customers are happy!
