I had my engine and transmission rebuilt on my 1983 Ford Bronco which was with Brothers for over 6 months during that process, during mid to late 2022. It is a restoration project vehicle and thus does not get driven often. It has had less than 200 miles since the rebuild, and is always parked in my garage. Today, I started said vehicle and it ran for less than 10 seconds, shut down and the motor locked up. I now have a vehicle that was once a numbers matching vehicle on the way to restoration, which now has an unknown amount of damage to the motor, and it will not run, nor can I get the motor to turn over by hand or with the starter. I paid for an engine and transmission rebuild at the time, and want a refund for the cost of the engine build portion, including labor, as I now have a vehicle that neither runs or drives, and will require a significant amount of money to get it back in such shape as the motor is seized. Receipts can be provided upon request, but this was done at the Brothers Auto Care off I-27 just north of Canyon, and Brothers should have their documentation on the matter.
