    Where to start? I had my car aligned here 2 weeks ago.(1st time here, was a little scared when the owner, Louis Arena, accused my factory coupe of being lowered and told me he was worried he couldn't get it off the ground..) Alignment was horrible before but was told by Louis when I picked it up that they "did the best they could" and if they were to install a new control arm kit, tow bar assembly, and struts, it would be fixed. Alignment was noticeably better but started hearing grinding sounds on both front and rear a week after. Called and spoke with Louis, gave my model year, make, type, color of vehicle, and mentioned the parts he said needed replacing. He told me to "drop it off, we'll look at it". I live 40 miles away but figured it was worth it to limp back in when I thought he was familiar with the issues.
    When I arrived, I mentioned again that they had done the alignment 2 weeks ago and the parts he told me it needed. Again Louis the owner said only to drop it off and he'd take a look. He called back an hour later saying the hub assembly was completely shot, gave a $400 price quote for that, and when my reply was that we can't do that, his reply was that there would be a diagnostic fee(had NOT mentioned the fee before), told him I'd be there shortly to pick it up and talk.
    When I get there(after giving me the wrong keys first)the owner was 100% more concerned about who was going to pay him instead of explaining why something different was causing a problem. When I reminded him what parts he told me I needed 2 weeks ago, he said there was NOTHING WRONG with the control arms or tow bar, only "the bearings", which are included in the hub assembly I guess, but instead of being a professional and calmly explaining that, he proceeded to make a huge scene. Standing in the front lot getting in both me and my wife's faces, screaming over us when we replied, clapping, cussing when we hadn't been, calling us 'dear', *********************...
    He still insisted there was nothing wrong with the control arm/tow bar all the way up UNTIL I reminded him he was worried about even being able to lift my car and you could see his lightbulb come on. "Oh yeah! I'm human, we all make mistakes, just didn't remember you, all kinds of ************** up on this car!" No apology, just some political toned BS that he "didn't recognize me because I was wearing a mask." He continued to yell over our replies and ordered his shop hands to bring a jack out so he could SHOW us what was wrong since "we didn't know the terminology."
    Way, way past that at this point. How can I possibly trust what you're telling me is true when you JUST looked at it again and said the control arm/tow bar was suddenly fine but now it's the hub assembly or just the bearings???? Finally did get him to say, 'just take the car and go.'
    Completely unprofessional, untrustworthy money grubber, too bad I didn't get his temper tantrum on video or I'd be going to the news. 1 star is giving him way too much credit
