    $21,975 was paid to Pickle Roofing. The gutter work was completed in mid to late December, 2024. Summary: I still have mold on the ceiling of my garage. I was told the leak was repaired and the sheetrock did not need to be replaced as the ceiling (and attic) were dry. Pickle sent out a painter, who prepped the ceiling for paint. It took us a couple of weeks to get the paint and in the meantime, the mold returned, although not as bad as the first time. I would think this indicates continued moisture, and raises the question as to whether the leak was fixed entirely or correctly.There is water spilling out from behind my gutters, which can cause roof and water damage. I have severe soil erosion in a few areas around my foundation and I have standing water in some gutters. I was told the standing water is normal, and the other problems are because of my trees. My trees are not new, and I did not have any of these problems until my gutters were replaced. In dialogue I have asked for a certified profession to inspect my roof multiple times. The last time I reached out to **** at Pickle was on September 2, 2024. I asked how to reach ***** ****** and I again asked about a roof inspection. I have not received a reply.I would like the roof inspected by a certified roof inspector and Pickle to make the appropriate repairs so I have a sound roof and functioning gutters.

    Hello Mrs. ******************* apologize for any inconvenience. We have returned to this property to ensure the previous leak has been sealed. It has been sealed. We also went in the attic to make sure there is no leak.

     

    We will be sending someone from our team out to replace the sheet rock and remove the mold. 

     

    In regards to the gutters, we spoke with the home owner and showed that the downspout's French drains are clogged, causing the gutters to over flow.
