  This is not a biased review !!!If you need a mechanic.. I am telling you DO NOT ! Do not come here , especially if you are a *** . I came here for something so simple and it escalated to what could have just been a cordial encounter. Car was dropped off at 9 and didnt get finished until 3:30 ..everything costed around *********************************************************************** that much ever !!!! And waited hours for a 30 minute job .. the mechanic only did two cars that whole day .. business must not busy and the *** sitting in front counter needs to take some customer service skills. The lady what ever name is ****** is an horrible racist lady calling me ghetto and bringing up NAACP WHEN I NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT THAT!! She needs counseling and a different line of work because this is not it!! I will never come here again or let anyone go here.

  ******************** brought his vehicle in with two missing rear wheel studs & three missing wheel nuts. A free inspection was carried out & the rear brakes were found to be extremely worn, to the extent they were dangerous. ******************** was informed of the urgent need to replace the ************* & agreed to the work being done. It was also pointed out that we did not have the parts in stock but could order them & get them later in the day. The shop manager then helped ******************** secure financing for the job & then he left the shop to wait for us to complete the job.Both the broken studs had to be drilled & removed before the replacements could be installed. This proved to be quite time consuming. I have difficulty understanding how ******************** thinks we can order & receive parts, remove & replace two broken studs, then remove & replace the ************* in 30 minutes. It is not possible.Having interviewed all the employees involved, no one has any recollection of anything other than very cordial discussions with ********************. On the more concerning racial comment. I have to say the shop manager ******'s biological child is a person of color. It is my experience that she is hypersensitive to all comments of a racial nature. As a single mother raising a child of color, she is ever vigilant about any racially charged comments. ******************* is mistaken.I can understand ******************** might think this work package should only have taken **************************************************************** a racial slur aimed at anyone. No matter how extreme a customer's expectations might be.

  This is the worst place to call to pick up your vehicle if something happens to it. They are dishonest and ***************** your vehicle if they pick it up. This company has no business ethics. You are taking a huge risk calling them. My husband called this place and my car was lost for months. The lady called and said my car had been sitting for months and she stated no one knew what to do with it. She said she was sorry but went into my car and retrieve my information. I stated i was going to retrieve my car she called back and said the transmission was outside of the car broke and i needed to pay 500 plus dollars to retrieve it disasembled. My husband told me he only asked for a diagnostic test. They had no signed paper work or anything. They are a fraudulent business. Eagle Transmission in ******* is trying to sell my vehicle . Soneone there offered to buy my vehicle the first day they called me. I am reporting this matter to inform the public of fraudulent activities that are taking place at this location

  Mrs ********, now that you have finally visited our shop & heard the recording of your Husband telling us the car was to be repaired. You also confirmed the documents we have were signed by your husband. I believe you now know everything we told you was in fact true & we had reached out to your husband on numerous occasions to address the issue with your car.
  As we told you we are prepared to work with you but we need to do something very soon
  
  We feel under the circumstances you should correct you complain to reflect the truth as you now know it. We have not mislead you.
