      One star is nine stars too high. Our family of 7 has been without our **** Expedition since March 29th, 2022 because the first two transmissions that they sent to my mechanic are garbage. The first one was used, still full of fluid and wouldn't go into gear. 4 months later on July 25th, 2022, they finally shipped a 2nd one. The second one was slipping. APS told my mechanic that the 2nd needed a new Lead Frame in September of 2022 and would ship one as soon as one was available. In June 2023, while still waiting for a Lead Frame for 9 months, the transmission pan was leaking so the mechanic dropped the pan to replace the gasket. Inside the pan were random parts that had fallen down from somewhere inside the transmission. It is now mid-July and they have yet to respond. Literally 16 months we've been dealing with this. Getting them to respond is almost impossible. They've yet to pay my mechanic for the labor from the 1st transmission they sent. We inquired, as some point last year about them covering a rental car for our large family. They won't. They don't seem to care if it ever gets fixed. They definitely don't send parts in a timely manner...if you ever reach them, or if they ever actually call you back. I firmly believe OceanGate builds better quality submarines than APS builds transmissions.
