    I wish I had read other reviews on this site before hiring them. They did a facetime quote telling me they could move the four large pieces I needed moved. An upright piano, a refrigerator and washer dryer. Since it was four pieces I was quoted hourly. They sent two guys and one had little to no experience or strength, so they were unable to do this in 2 hour estimate in fact they took four hours to move four pieces. We moved the entire house contents in 4 hours so I know it should not have taken this long. Then they told me once they got to the apartment they would not bring up the stairs and then I specifically chose them because they said would bring up the stairs. Then they said they would install the washer and dryer..... but then said the dryer was "tricky" and would not do it, and instead a friend connected it.....so it was not tricky. Bottom line, they make promises they cannot deliver on. They charged me anyway, and when I tried to discuss the time and charge they basically have ghosted me. They said it would "take weeks to acknowledge my concerns" Such poor customer service. DO NOT EVER USE THEM! I had to hire other movers to get the stuff out of my garage.

    They damaged a floor by dragging a table across the floor. I followed their procedures for filing a claim. It has been. 30 days and after multiple calls to their manager (he always seems to be in a meeting) he has not returned any of my calls. I do not recommend these movers.
