Like many of the other reviews here, these guys tricked my child into subscribing to their service. When I asked for the money back, they said that the telephone company would not allow them to refund the money, and there was absolutely nothing they could so. Major Scam.

    Thank you, for the message.

From our research on your subscription, we see you contacted our customer care just yesterday November 16th, 2022. To review, we have confirmed your cancellation of the number provided, blocked your number from subscribing to any of our services. We do apologies for the inconvenience. TELUS has a strict 60-day refund policy, which does not allow us to refund beyond the 60-day period. Unfortunately, your charges are outside that 60-day refund window, and would not be able to be refunded further, as it will be blocked by Telus.

Please contact us if you should have any further questions.

    Have a great day!

This is a scam. I cannot believe ***** is allowed to charge my phone bill for a third- party purchase that I never even authorized. Any purchases should have to be used by a credit card as authorization. I have filled a complaint with the ***** Mobiversity keeps stating a 60- day window. I have emails showing within five days we contacted them for a refund of services we never requested. ****** do better and STOP allowing companies to use you as a third party to bill for services that never happened or authorized. The interesting part is when I first disputed the charges, ***** would not tell me the name of the business that billed them for the services not asked for. This is a scam beyond scams when ***** won't even divulge the name of Mobiversity.

This is a scam company, I have been charged on my phone for two months $14.99 for a service I never use, even the money they did not refund, they are a group of thieves specializing in stealing people's money, this was done through ***** phone, no idea how it happened there was no explanation from ***** , I am writing to warn every person to be careful when receiving any text message from anyone. this company charged me 2 months in a row and after many calls with ***** they return only one month and apologize that they can not return the second one, just a bunch of scammers, they do not even deserve a star, they deserve a punch in their face

I did my complaint in less than a month to get back my money but you return only one month instead of returning the whole amount , I am sure that this delay has been done intentionally just to waste time till this 60 days finish, as far as I know the honest business refund any money charged by mistake, this is of course apply to honest people definitely not your company, I am sure you are just scamming people to get their money, I know that I am wasting my time talking to a company like you I am posting my review to warn others, this is the worst service I ever had

I too was scammed by Mobiversity. I entered what I thought was a contest to win an iPhone. I did give my name and number but obviously no banking information. I didn't even know who Mobiversity was or why they have been charging me $14.99 for the past three months via my Koodo bill. I found out yesterday that this sneaky company tacked there charges into by bill without authorization from me. Just because Mobiversity sent me a text message with a pin number and a second text confirming that they are charging me $14.99 , I didn't get it because it went to my spam. Just because they sent me a text message does not mean I confirmed their services. I never used the pin they gave me to authorize anything either. I never wanted their services n"or did I use their services. I don't give a **** that they texted me to unsubscribe, I never got the text n"or did I authorize this. I am going to try to get a full refund from this company which are a bunch of scammers. This should be illegal what they are doing to people. I want all of my money back from these thieves. I will be contacting Koodo and Mobiversity tomorrow. I will follow up this message with the outcome. This company is a scam and they should be ashamed of themselves.

This is a scam company, I was charged for three months (14.99X3) and they only refunded one month, saying it was telus refund policy, they said that just to get those two months, I didn't subscribe to any services from this company, this is definitely a scam company, luckily I saw that there are organizations that are ready to take action against them.

Thank you, Mr. ***, for the message. From our research on your Mobiversity subscription, the device was subscribed while browsing the TELUS network. The subscribed number was immediately sent a text message confirming this subscription. Your mobile phone number was entered and immediately sent a 4-digit pin number, via SMS, to authorize the subscription. Shortly after, you were sent a confirmation message containing the cost and frequency of the service; including contact details of our support team, and options to unsubscribe.
We can confirm you have been unsubscribed from our services. We have also processed a refund of $14.99, to be credited back to your mobile bill. Please note, that this may take one billing cycle to show on your bill. We do apologies for the inconvenience. TELUS has a strict 60-day refund policy, which does not allow us to refund beyond the 60-day period. Unfortunately, your reaming charge is outside that 60-day refund window, and would not be able to be refunded further, as it will be blocked by Telus.

I received a charge from this company and did not subscribe to any service. It was a couple months until I noticed it. These scammers put charges on my ***** bill. ***** should be responsible they know it's a scam and it's on their bill. Come on ***** not a great way to protect your costumers from scammers

The point is, I did not subscribe in the first place. It took me days talking with my subscriber to find out where your charges originated. My phone subscriber does not know your company. You unknowingly charge through third party apps and charge to phone subscribers account.

I was also scammed out of 3 months charges before I noticed the charge. It was also with ****** Same pin baloney as everyone else is saying. When I phoned ***** to find out what the In-App purchase for ***** was the service rep put a hold on the charge before I told him I did not make that purchase so ***** knows this is a scam.

I called and they said I signed up for some website I never heard of nor would I be interested in. now they will only give back 60 days or 2 months. Meanwhile I was charged 3 months worth. how many other people are being scammed, and in todays world most people cant afford to lose that money. Shamefull owners!!!!!!!!
