I made a decision to join the company. Paid $199 or the agent portal. You soon realize with PHP that their focus is not making sure their agents are knowledgeable and aware of the products they sale or even trained to do so. They flash wealth in your face. I would like to terminate my relationship with the company and my agent number deactivated and a refund for my agent fee. Agent ID: ******* Email: **********************Business Response

I entered PHP Agency on March 31st, 2024. The plan was advertised in a way and after i paid the $199 enrolment fee it was discovered that this was a mere MLM business model. This doesnt align with my personal values and thats why I would like to request a refund within the 3 first business days of the purchase. A product should be advertised exactly as it is intended to be used and shouldnt have hidden purposes. I hope this mindset changes overtime so nobody has their time wasted.Business Response

I was brought in by a supposed friend on 03/24/2024. Before coming in for the meeting I asked what the job was about but he said its me selling insurance to people I asked for the companys name but he did not to worry about it that when I come it to the meeting I will lead me more. So I went to the meeting and on getting there and everything went so fast and I just didnt know what was going on all I was told was I would be making a lot of money. I did not yet have a chance to research the company but they kept pushing me and pushing me until I had to pay $199. And it made no sense to me at all because why do I have to pay money for me to get a job? That is very clearly illegal and upon further research i have seen so many post and complaints about this company. How they scam you to pay $199 with the promise to grow but all they make you do is go find more people to pay $199. You never actually sell insurance. I spent the whole night watching video reviews and articles on how they scam people and oh my god its every very scary to see how they manipulate people. I do not want to be a part of this pyramid scam company and I need my money back please and thank you. My email address is ********************** and my phone agent code is *******Business Response

I paid them $199 for the initial agent fee thinking that I'd learn the insurance game and sell insurance but at the first meeting afterwards we didn't even go over insurance just about recruiting and bringing on friends/family to either work under you or for your "superior" to sell to which is just MLM pyramid scheme which I did not think this was and that they didn't make clear in the initial zoom call when first offering the job. I'd like my refund and for them to be more forthright in recruiting potential employees about what they'll actually be doing in their day to day and how they'll be making their "sales".Business Response

After being recruited and being told this indeed was not an MLM, later finding out this is an MLM. After trying to get my license to operate I got the run around in regards to recruiting and this truly is very unprofessional and dishonest, no integrity to the way they operate in terms of transparency. I am very concerned with the way people operate in delusion, wake up and smell the coffee.... and maybe drink it. what world do these people live on?? instead of scamming people and taking their time, maybe do something actually productive.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: You're MLM individuals sold me on this idea that refunds can be issued at any time, leaving out a critical factor in regards that they can only be issued within 3 days. On top of that, I made it clear I was interested in obtaining the state license, and no guidance was provided on that.Business Response

Agency - Requesting Refund Dear Better Business Bureau,I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to file a formal complaint against ************* Agency regarding the services I paid for but did not receive. On January 28, 2024 I paid $199.00 and along with additional fees, for the promised information and training to become a licensed insurance agent. Unfortunately, my experience with ************* Agency has been extremely disappointing. On the first day of the class, it was cut short due to the instructor's sudden departure for a company meeting in *********. This significantly impacted my learning experience. In an attempt to clarify the situation, I followed the instructions to contact the instructor via Band app for details on the next class. I received confirmation that the class would be held in person at 7 AM. Trusting this information, I woke up early the next morning, drove for over an hour, and searched for the specified suite mentioned in the training session flyer. To my dismay, there was no such suite in the building. After finally locating a PHP agent, I was informed that the class would actually be conducted via Zoom.Feeling frustrated, I reached out to the instructor once again to inquire about the upcoming class. However, the response I received was rude and unhelpful. The instructor mentioned uncertainty about the class due to monthly closeout, which further added to my disappointment and confusion.Given these circumstances, I kindly request a full refund for the amount I paid to ************* Agency. The services and information that were guaranteed have not been fulfilled, and the lack of communication and professionalism from the instructor has only exacerbated the situation.I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a swift resolution. Thank you for your assistance.Sincerely,*******************************Business Response

PHP is essentially a pyramid scheme where recruiters try to get you on board by telling you their rags to riches stories and how much money they make/how much they can travel for business. They tell you to pay $199 for access to the employee portal without telling you that it takes even more money to view the training courses or register for a license. I unfortunately fell for this and I want a refund for the new associate fee of $199.Business Response
