Specifically, BBB is unable to verify a business registration for FMG Financial in the State of Texas. The business advertises that it was established in 2005. We asked the business to provide the legal name(s) and registration(s) for the business covering each year beginning at the inception of FMG Financial. The CEO of Financial Management Group aka FMG Financial responded to BBB that they refuse to provide the requested information.
In addition, BBB took note that the Dallas, Texas address for FMG Financial is a post office box according to their website. BBB correspondence mailed to this PO Box address was returned as "attempted not known unable to forward". BBB asked business if the company has a physical location in North Texas. If so, where? If not, BBB asked the business to provide the address for the physical location of FMG Financial. The CEO of Financial Management Group aka FMG Financial responded to BBB that they refuse to provide the requested information.
BBB received information that the physical location for FMG Financial was at 15851 Dallas Parkway, Suite 601, Addison, TX 75001. BBB subsequently sent correspondence to FMG Financial at this address but the letter was returned "Not Deliverable as Addressed unable to forward".
Lastly, BBB asked the business to provide a detailed description of FMG Financial's past and current managerial affiliation and operational relationship with FMG Media Management Entertainment Corp LLC and Affirmed Capital LLC. The CEO of Financial Management Group aka FMG Financial responded to BBB that they refuse to provide the requested information.
The CEO of the business requested that BBB cease and desist further contact as they were unwilling to address these concerns.
