1 starNearly daily calls. We are a small business. I drop everything and literally run to the phone to be hung up on. Or, they ask for the owner and rudely hang up when the answer is "no". Sorry. Not wasting his time like you waste mine. When I said we are on the *** list I was actually told, "Obviously not." STOP!IAG M&A Advisors

1 starIf I could leave a zero I would. I had been working and acquisition with ****** ****** an agent of IAG M&A Advisors for almost 5 months. Initially, she was present for our process. As we went further with the acquisition process she began to be less and less available. I spoke with the business owner once during this time frame and pretty much did all of my negotiation with ******. We sent over **** the were reviewed and accepted by the seller. It came time for our contracts to get signed so that we could complete our purchase process. ******, diverted and didnt have them signed. She came back with an excuse about the seller needing to get his own valuation and it would take 6 wks to do so. My team and I waited and she came back at the end of the 6 week hold and texted me that the business was back on the market. Jumping back to our initial conversation, I explained to her and her seller that it cost to do an acquisition and wanted to know if there were any hinderances that would inhibit us to make this acquisition. The seller, said no emphatically and to push forward with the purchase process. Fast forward to 3 mos and 6 weeks later. ******, got back in communication with me and said that she had more offers on the table. Keep in mind I had sent her contracts 6 weeks ago prior to, an out the blue need for a valuation from her seller (which she said they had one done before). This lady is the epitome of a hustler. She divert my contracts and pushed someone else in front of me and my team. She did everything she could to keep us from having a locked in agreement with her seller. Her reply to this behavior was Oh well, things change. Her cavalier behavior with me and my team has costed us 40k USD. ****** ******, is not an ethical person and her company needs to look into how she handled this transaction. My team and I were defrauded out of our time and money by an unethical, hustler of an agent.IAG M&A Advisors

On Jan 15 we received an inquiry from **** ****** of the ******* Group inquiring about *****, a company on the market for $39MM. ****** gave him some initial business information after signing the ***. Then, without ever speaking to the seller, she got what **** called an informal LOI for $35MM that had exclusivity. She told him that we would require proof of funds before we ever signed an LOI that was exclusive and required us to take the Company off the market. He indicated that it would take him a few months to get a commitment from a bank. He told me he had to get a Valuation done before securing a commitment letter. Then he sent a revised, nonexclusive, nonbinding informal LOI, which we signed on *eb. 14th. We were supposed to have a signed Definitive Agreement by April 13th with an ******* money deposit. None of that occurred. It should also be noted that on January 25, 2025, ****** received an email from ***** *******, the *** of the ******* Group, requesting financial information on the business in connection with Carls due diligence. When I did a search to see who he was on ****** Truth *inder, it said that he had served time in prison. When I brought this up to ****, he said that was Kawans father, and I never heard from Kawan again. Then on April 17th, which was beyond the date we were supposed to have signed a definitive agreement and gotten an ******* money deposit, we got a *inal LOI with a revised, much lower offer of $26MM, and at close, the seller had to give the buyer $6MM in cash. She asked **** why we would agree to a $ 26MM offer that required the seller to give him $6MM at closing when his previous offer was $35MM and the Company was on the market for $39MM. He said the Valuation he did valued the Company at $26MM, so that was all he could pay. She told **** that we could not accept that offer. Simultaneously, we received a full purchase price offer from a very qualified buyer that showed proof of funds, which the owner accepted. When she told **** that we accepted another much better offer, he sent another offer of $35MM which included all of the assets of the seller including his cash, AR and property. She told **** that this new offer was not competitive with another offer that we had received. ****** told him that she was sorry that the owner chose another offer and that it was much much more competitive. She told him it was a binding agreement with exclusivity and we could no longer discuss this listing with him. Then ****** started to receive threatening text messages cursing her out with the * word and threatening her. She blocked his number and then he sent a very bad review to BBB. He is also now harassing the seller who called me and asked what he should do. This matter was handled very professionally by ****** as her job is to represent the seller and must secure the best offer on the best terms for the client. **** was abusive and unprofessional and did not live up to any of the conditions of the offer he originally made.Review fromLevi L

5 starsAn excellent service. **** ********* walked us through the entire process, he was available day, night, weekends, he answered our questions whether it was financial or legal or strategic. We did not know what to expect with this being our first sale. He provided us with a clear, detailed understanding of each step so there were no surprises. Most importantly he anticipated questions from the other party and proactively provided answers...he sincerely had our best interest covered. He was also a valuable resource with his years of knowledge in multiple industries and markets. **** and his team of *** Advisors made this a smooth, efficient process. We highly recommend **** and will use his services again! **IAG M&A Advisors

5 starsIAG M&A Advisors did an excellent job selling my company. They fully explained the initial process, did a valuation of my company and discussed that with me to determine a value / market price, then after agreeing on that, we went to market. I was impressed with the number of sites my business was advertised on, and impressed with the responses. Of course, as in all cases like this, you get some "tire kickers" but ***** *******, my IAG point man, helped weed those out. With the serious inquiries, he responded very quickly with information, and as we got to the point of having a buyer, he continued to explain the steps and to call and get whatever it was the buyer needed to see, all the way to the point of the closing. I highly recommend *** to anyone interested in selling their business - they understand that you as the owner have put a lot a blood, sweat, tears, hours, etc. into building the business, and they try to get you the best price they can because of that. Great people to work with!Review fromRobert S

5 starsOur recent acquisition was our first, and *** ********* played a pivotal role in making it a smooth experience. Although he was the sellers agent, *** felt more like a partner in the process, working with both sides to ensure we reached a successful close. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made each step easier, and he brought creativity and dedication to overcoming challenges along the way. *** even attended the closing to ensure all details were handled meticulously. This level of service went beyond his obligations, and it was clear that he cared about a positive outcome for everyone involved. I would gladly work with *** again on future projects.IAG M&A Advisors

5 starsThere are many M & A companies out there and several had contacted me in the past. When I talked to *** there was something different in their approach and I selected them to facilitate the sale of my business. I did not know at the time what a life changing decision I had made. Within 3 months of contracting with IAG I had 5 legitimate offers, all of which I turned down after discussing it with my consultant *****************. It was the next offer that was just enough ahead of the previous 5 that I accepted. I honestly feel that I would have never received that offer if it was not for ******************* magic explaining my business and why it should sell at the level it did.Getting the offer was a win but the real value in IAG came on the journey to negotiating the final terms. *** was there for me at every turn, from suggesting a great M&A attorney and CPA to resolving disputes along the way and getting things turned in my favor. Even after the deal was complete *** was there for me to answer any questions that have arisen. In summary, I honestly feel that I would not have finalized the great deal I did, and it would not have gone as smoothly if I did not have ***************** and IAG M&A on my side. I cannot recommend them enough!IAG M&A Advisors
