We have been going to HTeaO since day one. They have always loaded our 5 gallon waters and any tea we buy. My wife went in and got some 5 gallon waters and tea for us and when they brought them out they were set next to a car battery in the back of my Jeep Wrangler. The girl I was told was training per the owner. The 5 gallon jug flipped on its side and knocked the battery over and luckily when my wife got home we noticed it before it caused more damage than it did. I went into the house and grabbed baking soda to neutralize the acid burning a hole through my carpet in the back of the jeep and wiped down the remaining acid off the metal bolts but the damage has been done and luckily it didn't burn down my Jeep. I spoke with one of the co owners formerly from midland and she agreed to pay for the damages and now I can't get a response from anyone and my wife and I have personally went up there and left messages for them with no response as no response on their website. I've spend more money with this company even after the fact but I just want my vehicle fixed especially after being promised a result.
