We hired Brian ****** to assist with the construction of our home. It has been a difficult process since the beginning, but we really liked him so we tried to deal with things. I have been asking for an invoice since December 2022 for the over **** I have paid him, and to date, I have not rer 202eceived one. We have been dealing with our window order since November 2021. It has never been right and still has not been corrected. Some of interior hardware is white and others are taupe. We still have not received all of our screens, window cranks, and covers. I have been texting, emailing, and calling Brian. He usually does not answer or respond. When he does, he tells me that he will take care of the issue but doesn't. It has gotten to the point that his supply chain is dealing directly with us because he will not return their calls either. On April 1, 2023, some shingles blew off our roof. I contacted Brian within a few days. It took him months to send roofers over and when they showed up, the wrong product was here. I have been trying to get my roof fixed since then to no avail. There are som many other things that he did not complete as promised but there three items are the most pressing and the ones I have chosen to try and resolve for the past 11 months.
