I bought a sign from them 2 years ago & it fell apart, when I called Victor (The owner) He said I should of called sooner some materials come in damaged. I ordered a second sign, different materials and style. My contract read Cost for a street sign with artwork, 2 panels with images, vinyl frame as on proof, permit and install. Comes to 1845.00 install. A 50% is due upon acceptance. On December 17, 2021 I put $1000.00 down. The sign was installed on February 28, 2022 and the finial bill came in at Balance of 899.87 when I asked why the balance was not 845.00 like the contract read he said the permit. I tried to ask him to please read the contract it clearly has permit included in price he told me to just pay the bill and we will never have to speak to each other again. The finial Bill reads finial payment due in 10 days. He took it upon himself to run the same card I used on the deposit for the full amount of $899.87. Without my permission or approval. I called him and asked why he did that he said he was done talking to me and hung up. I have all the emails he sent to totally back up my complaint. I think what he did was very unprofessional . He overcharged me and ran my credit card with me authorizing him to when we where in the middle of dispute
