I purchased an entire pallet of flooring (worth $3100) on 5/14/22 and was told they would deliver it for free by the end of the following week. It was not delivered by the end of the next week and the owner promised it would be delivered on the next Monday. He said the delivery guy was behind and working 12 hour days. I called, texted and ******** messaged that Monday and got no response whatsoever about my flooring. NOTHING. The following day I texted him again - said he would check on it, then never received a follow-up. Two days later I finally gave up on the no responses and total lack of customer service and texted him I would pick it up on 5/28/22 as I could no longer wait for it, as had an out of town guest coming and my other floor ripped out! So I had to pay someone to take a trailer an hour from my home to pick up the flooring myself - at my expense. Luckily I had the means to do so and was able to get the flooring I paid for! He did not apologize ever for the inconvenience or lack of service and quite frankly I don't believe the owner cared about it. I do not recommend buying from this business unless you can take it away the day of purchase. Buyer Beware for sure.

Ma'am unfortunately it rained every single day the week that we were planning on delivering and we even told you that we would be delivering the day that you picked it up but you said that you would come pick it up. You received the flooring that you purchased when you came to pick it up at a fraction of the cost that you could have gotten it anywhere else. We are sorry that mother nature didn't do us any favors but in a time when others don't even have inventory you received your flooring for about $1000 cheaper than you could have gotten the same quality anywhere else.

This is false - the weather or rain was never discussed regarding the promised delivery. And you never offered to deliver the flooring after I texted I would pick it up myself - you stated "okay" and offered nothing else.
You didn't reply or follow up on several occasions when I asked when it would be scheduled for delivery. So in fact no attempts were made to deliver my flooring after you cashed my check, which was the Tuesday after you received it on a Saturday, which was why I picked it up myself two weeks after I paid for it.
