Took our boat to this shop (******** ****** 578 Crook Rd Tullahoma TN 931-461-3230) on 9-28-2021 due to the motor idling choppy. The shop replaced the starter solenoid and two tracker valves. Paid $736.22. Picked the boat up on 10/15/2021. Took the boat out on Soddy Daisy Lake on 10/16/2021 (very next day). After running on the water for a few minutes, the motor died. Finally got it stated back up and back to the dock and loaded it. Called the ******** ****** Tullahoma TN on 10/19/2021 (they are closed on Monday's) my son ****** ******* spoke with ***** *******, told her what had happened. She advised him to bring the boat back for them to look at but we couldn't bring it that week would have to bring it the following wee. My son ****** ******* received a call from ***** on 10/8/2021 advising the motor had blown up, she said "motors just sometimes blow up". I called ***** to discuss this on 10-11-2021, when asking questions of what happended, her diagnosis of the issue etc, she became very defensive. I asked her why she was being defensive and she stated" I just don't know where you are going with this". I contacted the ********Marin via FB on 11/15/2021 and requested their insurance information and insurance agents information. I sent two messages on 10/15/2021, no response eventhough the messages were read. I called on 11/16/2021 at 8:30 am and left a message for ***** to return my call. She called me at 9:30 after I sent her another message via FB and acted like she didn't know what the phone call was concerning, then finally stated is this concerning ******'s boat? I stated again that I needed her Insurance Carrier info and he Agents information and she laughed and stated that she would contact her insurance carrier and see how they wanted to handle this. She stated that is what they pay insurance for is to "advise" them. She kept saying Mam if they want to call you they will. She did not give her Insurance Carrier Information or the Agent information.
