I paid $390 to Sebastian moving on dec 24, 2021 for moving services. Two movers unloaded our 4 upack cubes. The movers themselves were friendly and calls/texts/correspondence with ****** at Sebastian moving TN were pleasant and prompt prior to moving day.The issue I have with their services is the fact that the movers put a hole in the wall and it hasnt been remedied. We didnt notice it while the movers were here. But less than ten minutes after the movers left we noticed the hole, and immediately called ****** at Sebastian Moving TN and sent him pictures. After we inspected the hole further that day, it was clear to see that it was put there from the filing cabinet that was carried by the movers into the room via dolly.After I brought all of this to Johnnys attention, he seemed very understanding and said theyd be out right away to fix it, he just had to call a guy named ***** to coordinate coming out. Well he gave me that run around for almost a year.He would go months without contacting me, I would always have to contact him, and ask what the update was. I would receive texts like this:I haven't forgotten you mam I will let you know as soon as I'm able toI'm so sorry this has slipped my mind and I have been running and running we are short staffed and I've been running everything from office to jobs myself I will make a call tomorrow morning and have someone out there asapAnd then he just kept giving excuses but never coming out to fix the issue. One time he even scheduled a date to come out, but didnt show or even call me to let me know he wasnt going to make it. Its clear they have no intention of fixing the hole. I would like for someone to come out and fix this asap, or to be refunded the $390 so I can use that money to fix the hole.
