      On 8/7/24 I dropped off two dress shirts to be washed and pressed with medium starch to be picked up on 08/08/24 after 5 PM. These shirts were long sleeve and have not been worn before. I explained to ***** that I needed them for a court date for my son, so it was very important that I had them no later than Friday. I returned to pick them up and with my ticket (my ticket number is ******) and the shirts could not be found. I was asked to come back later since they could have been sent by mistake to a different store. I came back the next day and the shirts have still not been located. This young lady told me that she would, "Let Mr. ***** know." I once again told her that this would do me no good since these shirts were needed for Monday and she dismissed me with, "I know this is annoying." She turned her back on me and went to the customer in the drive thru. Totally unacceptable customer service. I had to go out and replace these two shirts that were lost by your employees.

      I have attached the ticket showing the date of 08/08/24 after 5 P.M. being the pick-up date of the claim ticket.

      The shirts Im sure are not lost. I will address the customer service issue with ***** and check the first thing Monday morning and contact the customer. The shirts will be comped at no charge if the quick ticket that customer has shows that they were due the due date she specified.

      I received a call from ****** on 8-12-24 in the morning.   She claimed my blue ticket said a different date.  I advised her it did not and she was supposed to call me back with the status of my two shirts.   I have yet to hear back from ******.  I was also told that new people were hired and the wrong date was put in the system.   I told ************** never would have left my shirts if I would have know that. 

      It is now 8-13-24 and I still do not have a status on my shirts.  I am assuming they are lost.  The court date has past.  I had to purchase new shirts.

      On 8-12-24 I received a call from ****** regarding the shirts.  She advised me that the date was wrong on my ticket.  I told her that I came in twice with my ticket and was never told that it was not correct. I also told her that I would have never left the two shirts if they would not have been ready on time.  The court date is over, and I still have no idea where the shirts are.  ****** was supposed to call with an update as to where they are.  I am still waiting on a response from the business as to a status of the shirts. I had to purchase new shirts since *****'s could not find them.

      Our store Manager, *************************** spoke to **************** on Monday August 12, and apologized and told her that the shirts were put in the wrong day. We have several locations and deal with thousands of garments weekly. Unfortunately, sometimes this happens when dealing with so many clothes. ****** told **************** that the 2 shirts would be ready 8/12 and there would be no charge. She still has not picked them up as of this morning 8/23.

      I was not notified that the shirts had been located and were ready for pickup.  If I would have known, I would have picked them up.  I will pick them up as soon as possible.
