    no follow through on any verbal instruction as to what to expect ...no e-mail with my receipt as i was told / no contact initiated from them / no contact on a delivery date / no return contact after my reaching out numerous times / no idea if i will ever see the 7K shed i purchased

    Both me and my Wife ******** been renting a Shed through the Premier Portable Buildings in ******* ******** since 2023 and we're filing a report due to all the damages in which our property has caused since the day we filled our paperwork with **** Shed And Structures in ************** We even filed numerous warranty forms for a huge crack that's been leaking for a month now and sent pictures after pictures of the damages on the inside and outside of our building We even spent over $5000 on rent and s*** and have lost all our belongings due to a wall that is causing water to poor from the the ceiling to the floor of this building and it's ridiculous Both me and my Wife have called/contacted these people on numerous occasions and their forcing us to pay for things that shouldn't be payed out of our own pocket and has told me and ******** that if we want our building fixed then we need to go on ****** and purchase all the parts We've even contacted a lawyer and threatened to take them to court on behalf of my family WE HAVE LOST OVER A MILLION OF THINGS AND BOTH PREMIER AND SUMMIT AREN'T DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT ******** has sent them thousands of emails and their making excuses on why their refusing to answer and then making fun of my family and I for living in our building because we are homeless and making this our home WE ARE ANGRY AND ASKING FOR THIS COMPANY TO TRADE US THIS BUILDING FOR A TOTALLY NEW 1 AND THEY WANT US TO PAY DOUBLE JUST TO HAVE 1 DELIVERED TO US seriously, we are running out of options with these people and we're wanting them to refund us for the damage they've known and to give us the money to pay for the things we no longer can replace SUCH AS JEWELRY, CLOTHING, ETC it is awful, and these people are 100% horrible to us

    Bought a trailer paid 10k cash for it to find out it had a lean on the ****** and was told i would be receiving a title with the trailer still havent received and have had issues speaking with these scammers every since i found out about the lean and them reposting the trailer that i paid for and have now would like to get my ******

    I purchased a shed from Premier portable buildings in ********* from a man named *******. He told me and my husband delivery and setup were free, I would need to pay the delivery man for cinder blocks when he set it up. The delivery man called 10 days later to schedule the delivery and told me it would cost almost 400 dollars to deliver. I contacted ******* and he texted me he didn't exactly remember saying that but he would contribute 100 dollars toward the delivery. I said that was unacceptable and I wanted to hold him to saying it was free and he went off. I have text messages where he cussed me and offered to cancel the deal. I said that was fine cancel. I waited a week and contacted him again finding he never actually cancelled. I told him the deal needed to be cancelled and I wanted my money back. In the interim I found information and contacted to General Manager of Premier portable buildings. I explained what happened and sent him written proof of the conversation between ******* and myself. Finally the deal was cancelled, it took well over 3 weeks to get a refund and when I received the check it was short $313.91. when I contacted the General Manager again to ask about the shortage he claimed I cancelled the contract and was subject to a 10% penality. I tried to discuss the issue with him that his representative lied about the delivery charge, and if he had not the sale would have went through he sent me a copy of the receipt which I signed after I handed the money to *******. The money was given to ******* in cash.

    August 17th we ordered a 10x24. We were told we would be delivered at the end of September. I have called multiple times now and can't get an answer on when we will get our shed. It is now October 27th. The only answer I get from the salesman is should be by the end of the week. I've been told this for 4 weeks in a row. He had no problem selling us the shed, but he can't manage to call the builder for an update on the shed. We are now getting in to the winter months and wanted to avoid the snow.

    I had Premier Portable Buildings build a 10ft x 20ft building, they delivered it on 7/25/24 just before it rained. It leaks water in all 3 windows and the door. I called them that day, 7/25 and all I get is a runaround. I have called the repairs department everyday since and it's the same thing everyday, they say "somebody will call you today." No one has called me yet. The manager will not answer my calls and will not return my calls. They did send out 2 tubes of Lexel clear caulk which they said to put around the window trims. I put the Lexel around the trim and window frames, they still leak. Premier portable buildings customer service is non existent. We called the finance company today and the repairs department and told them if they aren't going to fix the shed return the deposit and come get the building, they said they do not return deposits. I did have someone else, not from Premier, look at the door and they said the door is warped.

    Premier Portable Buildings sent out repair men on 8/07/24 they made repairs to the building and told us if it leaked again they would come back. Please cancel my complaint against Premier portable buildings at this time. Thank you

    I bought a building from this company. It was delivered but upon delivery a piece of the tin from the roof had blown off. The delivery driver took pictures and said the company will have it fixed. A couple days after delivery when I hadnt heard anything I contacted the sales person I had been speaking with and she said she hadnt heard anything. (02.11.2024) she says she will have to put the order in for the metal. Its now 03.22.2024 and the roof still hasnt been fixed and I now have water damage to my building. We had to put a tarp on the roof but it didnt keep water from getting because weve had several storms since it was delivered. Ive put thousands of dollars into this building already and its now damaged.

    Shed delivered in April. Plans were sent for permit. Anchoring plans for Orange County ** are not correct. Have requested dozens of times for correct anchoring plans. The digital plans they give are tampered with and are not the original stamped digitally signed plans from the engineer.Also, deliverer struck a power line before deliver. Roof was damaged. Promised it would be fixed. 8 months later and I'm still waiting. No response at all.

    We received incorrect measurements from a dealer. We prepared our portable building site according to those incorrect measurements. When the building came to be delivered, all the work we had done for weeks had to be changed and our biggest concern is that over time, due to the blocks no longer being perfectly level, any issues we have inside the building. We bought the biggest possible building 16x40 with steel, spray foam floor, house wrap and insulated windows. We have paid at least 40k to foam insulate, sheetrock, new garage door, electrical, heat, a/c and poly aspartic flooring. We put a lot into this building and when I tried talking about our concerns with the sales **** ***** he was incredibly rude and dismissive. I tried to put in an inquiry to talk to anyone else and that made him actually attempt to do something instead of the initial passing me off to the repair department that later told me I had to talk the rep which is ****. He got us a $300 refund and asked if he should cancel it. I told him that was not enough and asked if he understood our concerns and was ignored. I tried again to be able to talk to anyone other than him and got no response. There is no one to contact, the web inquiries go right to your rep in your area or so it seems because I have gotten no response. How he has talked to me on the phone as well as text messages is terrible and for being repeat customers, I can't believe how they treat people. Our foundation was compromised due to their issues and they just threw out an insignificant amount of money and ignored hoping we just go away. That doesn't begin to cover our wasted time much less fix anything down the road. We praised them countless times until it came to this, I would never go here again and can't recommend ever again.

    We ordered a shed from Premier. Was told 6-8wks. Took 11wks to get here. Overhead door was crooked and paint scraped off. Double doors one is shorter than the other. When adding ramp we measured shed and it was 8in shorter than supposed to be. Called salesman told it was a state rule and he normally remembers to inform people but sorry he must have forgot. He's the one who talked me into a bigger shed for the door. Warranty guy calls I explained door problem and the 8in shortage. His constant comeback "was oh well!" Called the head office and was told the district manager would contact me. That was almost two weeks ago. Haven't heard another words from the salesman. He got his money. We ordered lofts for more storage. With the 8in shortage that means more loss in storage there too. The way the lofts are put in won't be able to put any weight on them at all. Probably won't hold a garden hose. I was told the shortage was listed on their brochure. I never saw a brochure. My son ordered a much smaller shed from this company 3yrs ago. Everything was done over the phone. I haven't felt this ripped off in a long time. The company could care less too. They have their money, we have their c*** and they are done!! Funny thing is I would have moved up to the next size in order to not loose that much storage had I been told about the rule! I dont buy sheds everyday and I'm not familiar with that rule. The repair guy said it's because they don't want to hire a pilot car. So we get screwed there too because they are to cheap!! I guess if all you need is something to store your mower fine otherwise I would keep looking! Explains why they had to offer a 20% discount to sell the things!

    I was told by *** from Premiers home office on the date I filed the complaint with you that he had sent a message to the district manager to get in touch with me. As of today I am still waiting on that phone call. 

    They did send two young men out to do the "repairs" needed.  The doors still do not fit the opening. They don't even line up with the plate on the floor of the door opening. The overhead door was replaced. The gasket is as flimsy as a piece of paper and flop all over the place. The door wasn't lined up with the lock and now the door can not be locked. I know a lock does not stop those who truly wish to get in but it gives the owner a little piece of mind. I have tried repeatedly to call this *** back and at this point feel the calls are being ignored. I asked about the amount of weight the lofts would hold as my husband and son were looking at it more and more and the way its braced really feel it won't hold up much weight at all. We paid extra for the lofts for added storage. First the kid said OH it would probably hold 200lbs, then a couple minutes later said OH maybe 500lbs. So obviously they have no clue how much it will hold. So now we have paid almost $8000 so our things can still sit outside. We have a shed that will never hold up to ******** ******* and ******* wind, snow, rain. This thing will leak no two ways around it. He even said they have been having problems with their overhead doors but they do not know whats going on. Obviously their double doors are an issue too. The original salesman that I have not heard boo from since the first day I called after it was delivered sold me that these sheds were made by the Mennonites who are known for their good craftsmanship. Then their site manager who appears to barely be out of high school if that tells me the sheds are a kit that comes pre cut, they just put them together. They were running a sale when we ordered our shed. The 6-8wks turned into 11wks when delivered. They admitted they got swamped. These things were just slapped together any old way and sent down the road. When I called the salesman well into the 9th week he sent a sternly worded email(his words) to the site manager who apparently is this kid. He was told all our shed needed was the roof put on. We have our reservations and think they hadn't even started on it yet and just slapped it together. I would never ever recommend this company to ANYONE. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. If we had the money we would just start over with a more reputable company. All this one gives you is excuses and as the site manager says when you bring something up is OH WELL!
