We recently had VLR Homes update our 70’s home. We have an A-frame and had a dark, rafter ceiling in our kitchen, dining and living rooms. We wanted to upgrade to something lighter and brighter. We contacted VLR and within days John came out to give us an estimate for a tongue & groove pine ceiling. We approved the estimate and said we were ready to go. Again, within days, a crew of five showed up to start my job. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job installing my new ceiling. They trimmed everything out and even applied two coats of sealer that makes my new ceiling look beautiful. Its exactly what we wanted. They cleaned up the construction debris and moved furniture back into place before leaving. We will not hesitate to call them again when I’m ready for my bathroom remodel. Will definitely use VLR in the future. They did GREAT work , showed up on time - every work day for a MONTH!! Even some surprise Saturday's! They did exactly what I asked,even when it was a deviation from our contract, they were very flexible. I also love that they are a local family owned business.Review from Gloria H.

Exceptional company! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with VLR Homes. They were prompt, worked hard (and quickly), straightened up and the end of each day throughout our entire project. They took down a wall, removed old tile flooring, installed new travertine tile, fixed several plumbing 'surprises', fixed a few settling cracks in the drywall and painted several large vaulted areas and all trim. They didn't miss a detail! The crew was so nice and made great recommendations on our project when asked. Highly recommend!! VLR Holmes will be my go-to for ALL home related 'improvements'.Review from Annie M.

VLR Homes replaced the roof on my home, repaired my chimney, trim work around my windows and doors, replaced my gutters and painted the exterior of my home.
The estimates of the cost of work were complete and fair. The roof and the chimney only took 1 day to complete. The other work was done as quickly as possible while working around rainy days and the quality of the work was excellent.
My wife and I are very happy with everything that's been done. Francisco, John and the work crew were very courteous and professional, what I like to call "good people." I do plan to use them again and would definitely recommend VLR Homes!
