    Highly questionable business practice that relies on false advertising on their website and grossly inaccurate descriptions of "VIP" services offered. They are a 3rd party marketing company that promotes events with virtually no control over the actual delivered product. They will then refer any concerns back to "the event" stating they are unauthorized to make any changes or address problems. Would not recommend any packages or events offered by this company.

    Thank you for sharing. What you say is almost 100% true. The event lists its details with us, and the event tells us everything it has to say. We can not change things without client approval. The same is true for any event listed on any ticketing site.
    Did you contact the event? I own AttendStar, can I call them for you?

    I appreciate your message and follow up. I have attempted to contact the event twice with no response. The only form of contact I have is an email that seems to be part of their marketing branch. This was also the only form of contact I was given by your company. I would absolutely love if you could call them. I have lived in this community and wholeheartedly support this AFB but the event details were inaccurate and the lack of organization on their end led to an inability for my family and I to enter the event. I would love if you could help me.

    Despite having purchased the option to make the tickets refundable should there be a reason we were unable to attend, AttendStar is denying the refund of the tickets. We were ill the day of the event presenting a fever and AttendStar will not refund you without a doctors note stating diagnosis of illness or further proof coming from a medical professional. We didn't attend the doctor the day of the event and AttendStar has no right to request that we disclose protected health information for a refund when we paid for that option. I wouldn't purchase tickets through them ever again and definitely be careful with their "fully refundable" ticket scheme.

    Sorry, I missed this one. We are not used to having complaints here.
    We did not deny the refund; the insurance company did. The agreement you agreed to stated the rules. You must not have read it, because the company we use has an A+ rating with three services.
    I am not sure what to say, except I am sorry you were denied payment.
    I own the company, and I do not like unhappy customers, but I don't know what to do.
