    Severely overpriced. $519 to replace a $40-$50 frost free shutoff valve with one hour of labor. I get the invoice three days later in a Quickbooks app for payment with a credit card. Then they want to charge an extra $25 if the payment isn't received within 7 days. I pay by check so I have four days left for the US Postal system to make delivery. No wonder they are not BBB approved. They ought to be locked up!

    A 20 minute job to repair one fitting leak cost over 750 Dollars . This was not A business but a residence . Over charged And certainly does not meet the Owners mission statement to keep cost to a minimum . 750 $ for A 20 min job is A total
    Abuse . Will Never use Or Recomend This
    Company to anyone. Taking advantage of handicapped sr citizens should be A Crime.

    Could not ask for better service or nicer folks. Came to perform repairs on my rental today and kept me notified with everything they were doing via text and 2 estimate options. Reasonable rates and efficient service. Definitely would recommend.
