            My car broke down on April 18th I contacted **** he said he was going to help me but he insisted I pay him up front So I took him a deposit of **** for him to get my car in the shop and started which was only a half a mile from where his shop is My car sat in the parking lot at the food City for over 2 weeks before he actually even picked it up and was already paid he had my car this entire time all the way up until June 20th when I had to finally go off about the situation I paid **** on the first location **** I paid him another **** and then today when I picked up my car another 40 My car wasn't supposed to just have a spark plug threaded It ended up costing me all that money now he's telling me that it's likely got a bone head My car is nowhere further than it was when he picked it up I had to stop right back at the same food city with a check engine light still flashing The car not fixed and him with a big gibberish of a receipt with no sense at all to it This man has been scamming people for long enough I am homeless he knew this when he took my car and offered to help me he did not help me he only made it worse and cost me more money and now I still don't know what I'm going to do

            Car was brought to Done Right to fix a possible transmission problem, as the car would not shift out of 1st gear. Emphasized that getting the repairs done quickly was important, as this vehicle is needed to get back and forth to work. 1 "needed" repair turned into 2, then 3. When we were given a chance to get the car back before the 3rd repair was completed, TWENTY SIX (26) DAYS LATER, our car was no better off that when we first brought it in. Many excuses as to why it took so long. We immediately took the car to a different local mechanic with very positive reviews. Repair needed had NOTHING to do with the transmission, as it was a power module. Reputable mechanic told us this was "a common error on Chrysler vehicles, and should have been the first problem diagnosed by any good mechanic." Problem was fixed, and we had the car back in 24 hours! Done Right scammed us for over $1500 and 26 days!!!
