      In August, 2022, our vehicle (2008 **** Taurus X) broke down on our way to a family gathering in **. This occurred after 5:00pm on a Friday and the owner, ******* graciously assisted us referring us to ************* for an evaluation of our car. The repair ended up being extensive and beyond the value of the car. ******* assisted us in the purchase of a new 2022 **** Edge. We verbally agreed that ******* would arrange for our Taurus to be picked up from the ************* dealership by a colleague of his to properly dispose of the vehicle and an estimate of $500 would be paid to us in exchange for the title to the vehicle. We made multiple attempts to contact Sharp Motors but no response has been received. Several weeks ago, Columbia **** contacted us regarding removing the Taurus from their lot. We were informed by them that the car was taken to Sharp's lot. I have attempted to contact Sharp Motors to resolve the issue but no response has been received. We are in possession of the car title and would like to resolve the matter in accordance with the agreed upon arrangement without having to travel back to ******* ** to ensure that the situation is handled.

      Worst service department I've ever seen. They don't know what they are doing and have no clue what's what at all. Had a clock spring installed on my 2015 ram today and when I picked it the steering was not straight and they refused to say it was their fault. Me, being a former dealer myself, decided to take a pic and video before and after the install. Now my steering wheel is crooked and it's not their fault and said they didn't want my business anymore. Fine with me, why would I got back to the same snake that bit me already. I highly recommend you find another dealer to do your repairs. Their parts department however is top notch. If you need a part I'd give them a call but I'm warning y'all, do not get your repairs done there!
