My Insurance referred me too this shop trusting that my car was in good hands to get repaired properly. Instead they kept my car for almost a month done more damage to the vehicle then when it was took to the shop. Upon return, of the car i felt as if something wasn't functioning properly but couldnt wrap my finger around it. So I called the dealership from where i got the car and scheduled a day that it could be looked at. They told me to take the car back to the shop and give them this paper stating that the car was never repair correctly. So I called Brooks and Collison and informed them ahead of time what was going on They said OK leave the car here we'll let you know when the repairs are fix. I waited for them to call me the second day but no call. So i called and asked them if my car is ready to be picked-up. They said " You need to come get your car we are not going to fix anything!" Then hung the phone up on me. BOY was i pissed! I had left work to go get my car and when i got to the shop. I informed them yet again that the dealership give me documents stating the repair to the vehicle was not correctly done. They said honey nobody going to believe you, because you know how crazy you sound saying that. I told them i gave them many opportunities to fix what they done wrong. Im done arguing with you, just know that ill be back with a lawsuit and my car will be properly fix. She said is that a threat, you know what little girl get your car and get out of here or ill call the law. I genuinely said, "Call them im not scared and No, that wasn't a threat but a promise and left. I want people to be aware. Please if you value your car like i do mine I wouldn't recommend using Brooks and Collison in Piney Flats Tn. They are rude and disrespectful to their customers.
