    I could not be more disgusted with Integrity Warranty Services. They have been impossible to work with, have caused me so much money in diagnosis costs and time without a vehicle. I talked to several different claim adjusters all with a different explanation. Their website shows very minimal information, they lead you on with next steps and direction. They offer nothing in writing and refuse to take the recommendations from engineers and 3rd party adjusters. They are atrocious and do nothing to help meet the consumer's needs.

    Integrity Warranty was completely deceptive on coverage. The 3rd party adjuster said without a doubt our car needed a new engine and that was his recommendation. He commented that Integrity was doing everything it could not to cover. They found some sort of loop hole through their interpretation of what caused the engine failure so it won't be covered. This has been an on-going three month process. They will not put any information of the denial in writing and do not have an appeals process. They don't accept any information by email. They have been completely atrocious to work with.

    I was concerned about getting a warranty because of what other companies have done. Integrity is the opposite of those… they back their word and you come out with expectations met. I’m truly grateful for the peace of mind.
