    I love this company! No problems, just got our first maintenance done today and love the tech! He was courteous and put slippers on each time he came inside. Great service!
    I have recommended to all our neighbors and friends!

    Am Air took great care of us. My HVAC went out and *** our homeowners warranty plan asked for AA to send pics so it could be covered. BJ came and sent in everything they should have needed. BJ also temporarily got a fan motor to "patch" the problem so my air would be cooling until AA could install a new system. This is the second home HVAC system have had them install a new one. Very personable and very professional. The staff did a fantastic job installing everything. They even landscaped mulch around the until when they finished.     Representatives from American Air were courteous, knowledgeable and professional at every level. Persons taking my initial call requesting service were careful to listen to my concerns, connected me with the right support and then diligently worked with me to set appointments for my schedule and their personnel. 24 hours prior to my service appointment they called to confirm details and to insure the day/time still worked with my schedule. One hour before scheduled appointment service tech, Chuck, called to let me know he would soon be on his way and gave a GPS generated ETA and confirmed this was still good for me.
    Chuck arrived exactly at agreed time then viewed with me the scope of the systems I was concerned about. He invited me to watch, if I cared to, while he began his diagnostic process. I was allowed to ask questions and he carefully and plainly explained what was happening with my system. He made recommendations when I asked for them. I could go on but the bottom line was I was totally impressed and felt confidant I has the best care and future plan for my whole house HVAC system. Thanks Chuck, Lamar and American Air Staff.

    The staff are very professional and friendly. Chuck was very knowledgeable and did an outstanding job of repairing work done by another company. I would never again use any other company besides America Air. They are A plus.
