On Feb. 24th 2021, I hired Hatcher Siding and Guttering to install an awning type cover over my deck and screen it in. I paid him $3,985.00. It kept leaking and he tried to fix it and did except for a place on the end of the awning and it was never fixed. It leaks really bad. I told him about it, and he said he would be here and never did show up. I called about two weeks ago again and he said he would be here the next day and still no show. Now, there are three leaks at different places. When he was screening it in, I ask him to tighten up the screen on the end he was working on because it was so loose, and he just said its fine and wouldn't fix it. He also left a big hole in the upper corner of that same screen and I had to put cotton in it to keep out the bugs. Also, they left the gutters (on each end of the deck) hanging down below the deck, and my deck is really high off of the ground, and didn't fasten them to the post or anything. Nothing was supporting them. I had to pay another Gutter Co. $200 to fix them before they fell off. He had told me he would stop the leaks and fix it right or replace it. Neither happened!
