    Where to begin...*** ********* ********* ******* ******** ********* was to deliver our mattress (1st time they damaged it) for the second time. Called the morning of delivery and said they could not deliver - the truck they sent was too small (REALLY??? WHAT???). The whole day was spent waiting for an "update" on whether they could get a truck to deliver it to us.... Mattress co was NO help!
    GARRETT with STEAMBOAT TRANSPORTATION GROUP (or as I now refer to him as SUPERMAN) called me and introduced himself (Nicest person you ever want to speak with from ANY company!) and informed me that he was dispatching his men to pick up our mattress and it would be delivered that (same day)! AMAZING!!! It is also amazing that not even being a part of the absolute mess, he stepped in and did what No One else could/would do! His men (just as nice as he) showed up, asked where I would like them to set it up, and were AS AMAZING!!!
    GARRETT - If you get the opportunity to read this, I cannot thank you enough!
    ** If anyone reading this needs their order of this size (smaller, larger or any) - do not hesitate to go with Steamboat Transportation Group!!
