    My husband and I got our food trailer for them in March 2025, it hasnt been 6 months yet and we have had problems after problems, 1st the water pump went out, the floor is coming up, refrigerator went out, we live in Bham, Ala, had to take the trailer back to Georgia to fix it , that was a nightmare, after spending all day there , they finally replaced it, now we are having problems with some of the plugs not working and the fuse box went out today , while my husband was out in the trailer working, I would not recommend this company to anyone and we are looking for a way to get out of our contract

    I am only giving one star because it will not allow me to give zero stars. This company has been nothing but a rip off and a hassle. I bought my trailer from them and one thing after another has been busted or broke and we have yet to use the trailer. I will be getting my money back as they never stated in their contract that they would have a GPS system on our trailer and therefore it makes the contract null and void.
    Please everyone be aware of this company as it is not what they seem. Its too good to be true.

    I was told the initial time frame for my trailer to be ready was four to six weeks from Oct ,12 date of my purchase. The trailer was not ready until 3/11 ,5 months later. On April 29 I had to take the trailer back so they could replace the freezer because it was not freezing. I notice that it was not freezing because I placed ice cream in it and it was melted. I asked them would they replace the ice-cream they said no. Today is May 28th 2024 and I have still do not have my freezer, I also inquired about an upright freezer and told them that I would pay the difference and still have not received a follow up. The trailer was made poorly, also it is very difficult to get someone on the phone or to get them to respond by text. I had to turn down events because I do have a freezer This company is horrible and I wish I never purchased my food trailer from them. I would advise any not to purchase from this company, however this complaint is based on my experience. Also a guy on ******* describing how awful this company is.

    We bought a trailer from them paid cash/cashier's check for $40k plus. We told them were first timer and assured they'll help us all the way even welcome to the Fud Trailer family. After we got the trailer more than 2 months now we still don't have the title. They said they'll mail it but when we call they don't answer or they'll call back. They are not helpful. And the doors of the trailer jammed. We haven't even used it. Signal lights busted. And really shifty structures. We are so disappointed! That's $40k+ and we are heartbroken. If we can only turn the tide. I hope future customers will be aware of this Company specially in Nashville TN!
