Terrible experience with Jeravin and Morgan. I have a property under contract, I suggest Blueprint Title as the title company. The buyer agrees. I call Jeravin to tell him about the title situation, ask whether they'd like me to handle it now or it can be handled at closing. I receive an email response that he's spoken with the attorney and it's easiest to do at closing. 1 week later Morgan emails me and the agent and the buyer saying the title isn't correct. Duh. I say talk to Jeravin, he's already looked into this, it'll be handled by closing by the attorney. Jeravin has not responded about this at all. Instead, Jeravin and Morgan tell me they don't like the way I'm communicating and are terminating HOWEVER they tell the buyer and agents that the title isn't clear and that's why they are terminating. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF I SHOULD HANDLE THAT BEFORE HAND AND INSTEAD THEY USE THAT TO COMPLETELY SQUASH THIS DEAL...AND I REFERRED THEM. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY. I WAS COMPLETELY UPFRONT AND THEY WERE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIED ABOUT WHY THEY WERE TERMINATING. THEIR ATTORNEY JAMES EVEN SAID HE COULD CLOSE IT JUST FINE.
