      I scheduled a screening colonoscopy and had it done. It was all good, no biopsies or polyps removed. My insurance pays 100% for screenings. BUT Am-Surg coded it as a diagnostic colonoscopy because I have a history of colon polyps and a family history of colon cancer in my father. They changed the codes from screening to diagnostic and now I have to pay what the insurance would have paid!!! They say because the doctor dictated colonoscopy and not specifically screening colonoscopy they will not change it. The dr refused to amend the op note also.

      Awful company to have to deal with. Multiple texts, emails and paper bills, even after I paid my bill (and proved it by contacting my bank, which showed my check had cleared). When I called the company, I was told a payment takes four to six weeks to post. Why does it takes this long for a company of this size to stop sending requests for payment, if they know they have the money? Their customer service is horrible; no one speaks English adequately enough to even understand a customer complaint, let alone try to help. The sad thing: as a hospital patient, you get no say in the matter when it comes to what billing service your facility chooses to use. Even my admitting hospital's billing staff knows what a joke Envision is, and hates them. No doubt Envision is the lowest bidder when it comes to billing services. Their complete lack of professionalism, courtesy and understanding of how bills get paid and when to stop harassing people over already-paid bills proves it.

      This company is absolutely awful I called about a doctor bill that the doctors were supposed to write it off they said they would get in touch with the doctor And then for me to call back 2or3 weeks Which I did which I find out they did not call the doctor's office they called my insurance company which did nothing so they said now they will call the doctor's office so I waited until they told me to call back again which I did which they still did not get in touch with the doctor's office they said the doctor's office needs to call them They could not do anything

      THIS COMPANY BILLED ME AND I PAID IT ON THERE WEBSITE AND RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION TO THE AMOUNT, BUT THE COMPANY SAYS THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THE PAYMENT. THE PAYMENT WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT AFTER I PAID IT IN A TIMELY MANNER I CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO TELL THEM THAT I HAD THE PROOF OF PAYMENT AND THEY STILL ARE SENDING ME STATEMENTS AND THREATING SENDING IT TO COLLECTIONS. THIS SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM.
