We had MCR come out last year and replace our roof on primary home. After work was complete, the gutters were all completely bent, the gutter guards were not put back in place properly, and no sweep of roofing nails and debris and left satellite dish literally hanging by wires off the side of the house when they were 'complete'. They left the extra materials in our yard for a month after numerous calls for them to have a supervisor come out and finish the final inspection. Always an excuse - someone was sick, in the hospital, didn't get the message...finally, someone finally came and agreed that cleanup was needed. They did fix the gutters (actually replaced), but still doesn't look right. At the same time we booked them for our primary house, we had them do our rental property. Insurance didn't cover the full roof, and the communication between us and MCR ceased to exist. We constantly had to reach out to them to keep the project going. We finally agreed to pay for 1/2 the roof out of pocket, however, MCR ceased communication with us. Every time we call, it goes to an answering service. Then we get a bill for 2x the cost of the approved out of pocket expense because they stopped talking with the insurance company too. Terrible customer service. Seemed great company on the front end, but no customer service. Going on day 4 of talking to answering service with no call back from MCR.
