              I had a less than desirable experience at the ******* Michigan Location some time ago , Against my better judgement i was advised to contact the Store Manager directly , I made 2 attempts and was advised on both calls the Manager was unavailable and would call me back , and to no avail I never recd a callback, please keep in mind i work a split schedule 6 days a week , so this was not a matter that i had time to keep chasing , that is why immediately called the Corporate Support Center . As i Continue , I realized how much time as went by and decided to go online and lodge a formal complaint 7/11/2022. in hopes of hearing something back and still have not. I received a confirmation email stamped with the number 206 and nothing more. My companion and I spent $****** dollars this day and i could not get a simple phone-call to discuss my concerns . This's beyond awful
