      This company issued a check to someone I do not know and has never even lived at this address because we bought the property and had our mobile home brought here 25 yrs ago. We have lived here ever since.The check was for the purchase of our property and it was made out to this unknown person for a very large sum of money. I would like my address removed from the companies database.

      My issue is that there was an actual check issued to someone for the purchase of my home and property. I want to be assured that there will no longer be checks issued for this property to anyone.

      This is not a real check and states so on the mailer.  There is no risk of the "check" being cashed or the receiver being able to secure funds.

      Property owner information is sourced from public records.  If the owner is incorrect, the county government should be contacted to address the accuracy of the records.

      I called the county commissioners office and the property is listed under my husbands and my name so you wrote a check to this person for the sale of OUR property and he is NOT the property owner.
      Please verify property owners are correct BEFORE mailing out checks.

      Trying to buy my house for lower then we paid for it. They been asked repeatedly to stop. My brother is not selling the house ever. This is plain harassment I want it stop now.

      This business is sending unwanted solicitations which include a "fake check" for purchase of a property that is not for sale.       This company sent an unsolicited offer on my property that is not for sale. Based on the number of complaints I have seen on this company I refuse to contact them directly to tell them to stop trying to contact me since this could be a scam.If at any point I ever decide to sell my property it will not be through this company or its **************** so their unsolicited mailings with fake checks are a waste of their resources and my time. I wanted to go ahead and request that it stop before anymore resources or time is wasted. I appreciate your help with this master.

      This company repeatedly sends insulting offers for your home. Matter of fact the offer I received is less than I paid for the home in 2015. They are trying to prey on the ones having a hard time. This is sick. They need to loose my address as quick as possible.

      They send something to my address at least once a week regarding my property but has my mother's name (******* *********) on the letters. My mother has been gone almost 4 years. The property is in my name and has been for 3 years. On the letter they have an opt out website but nothing happens when you go to website. My mother has never lived at the address they send the letters or the address of property they say they want to buy. My property is not for sale.

      My full name is ****** Nannette *******. I most commonly go by ******** *******. I have repeatedly receive unsolicited offers from Rebuilt and/or it's subsidiaries to buy my home. I have received phones calls, text messages, emails, snail mail and post cards. Most recently I was sent a check offer. I have attempted to opt out each and every time. At this point the offers are starting to feel predatory. I am a senior citizen who had no intention of selling or moving. I would greatly appreciate if Rebuilt would cease any and all attempts to contact me and/or purchase my home. Even better remove my name and address from their database entirely.

      Reference previous complaint about this business. Complaint number ********. I reported the business regarding unsolicited offers to purchase my property at **************************. Yesterday my neighbor at ************************** provided me with correspondence he received from this same company offering to purchase his property at **************************. The correspondence he provided me had a picture of my property on it. He stated to me that he had never solicited anything from this company, and as I have absolutely no desire to sell his property. I have previously received cards at my address from this company depicting another property on *************************************, ** offering me a cash offer for that property. I consider this harassment. Apparently, my neighbor is receiving the same correspondence, and the company has sent me erroneous offers to buy property that I do not even own. One wonders how many other people are receiving the same unsolicited cards in the mail.

      Harassment. I receive a barrage of postcards which show a picture of my residence and an offer to buy it for cash. My residence is not and has never been up for sale. I did not solicit these mailings and desire that they immediately discontinue mailing them. Thank You
