    This property company is a joke ..you don't get live people it automated an AI or txt an email and all done through an app you have to pay to even use they are in ********* but manage property in ** where there is no on site office or manager or maintenance of any kind you don't see the units first I was given instructions on wer to find keys through txt and was horrible roaches infested an was not cleaned I wasn't allowed to see the unit *********** was signed online !!.I have tried every way many ***** a day to contact them and nothing no reply at all every number goes to a voicemail yet I still pay rent not cheap rent either very pricey I'm convinced this has to be a scam I'm not able to even get key to mailbox here I have in 3 maintaince request ther is water leaking in my unit destroying floor not to mention mold etc ....they kno this I follow up daily to show I'm reaching out have been Laws in ******** are little different than we're they operate out of I'm not sure they know this or not I'm not sure what to do here please help

    I rented from 615 Property from July 2022-June 2024 when my lease ended. I moved out by July 1 when my lease ended and have not been charged damages to the property. During the move out process, I had to stay at the property to make sure I was not charged for items since I was encouraged to hand the keys over and leave. Since July 1, I have not received my security deposit. I logged in to the tenant portal and do not have any charges pending. I reached out via text on 9/17 and 9/26 with no response from the company. I called on 9/20 and left a voicemail that has not been returned. As of September 26, no one has responded to me about when I will receive my deposit or why I have not received it to this ******** a tenant, I was charged for maintenance requests that they felt were not valid. At this time, the company has repeatedly taken my money, failed to give me proper keys or uphold my move in date, return my calls, or return my money. I would like my security deposit to be returned and for the company to be investigated since there are other former tenants reporting on ****** reviews that they have also not received their money.
