- Additional Info:In June 2020, BBB investigated TS & R Realty's business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints from consumers alleging that the business was using the names and license numbers of realtors who were not involved with the business. BBB found that the website had a page that listed 5 realtors along with their license number as being part of the business. That page has since been removed. One of the realtors was listed as deceased by the state. Another, when contacted advised he had never heard of the business. Yet another realtor filed a complaint advising that the business was using her name and screenshots from her webpage without permission.
On 9/16/2020, BBB confirmed with the property owner that the address listed on TS & R Realty website is not occupied by that business.
Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of TS & R Realty
