    I ordered a bedside for a 2004 F-250 crew cab long bed through getallparts.com on 6/2/2021 6:28:25 PM and received the part on 6-9-21 at approximately 3:00pm in an ************ parts parking lot. It was upon unboxing the item once I got it back to the garage I discovered the bed side had extreme damage to it which is resulting in it not being useable without major repairs to the fender that will cost more than the fender itself. I immediately contacted the company the very next morning when they reopened and described what my issue was. The company refuses to replace or refund the bedside due to me accepting delivery of the item and their so call "shipping policies" which are not clearly advertised on the item or during the checkout process and can not also be found on their mobile site.. I would like for either a replacement to be sent or a complete refund of the transaction totally $559.29 which they refuse to do. I have never had an issue with damaged items with any other company

    They sent me the wrong item and will not refund. I thought about taking this too court be it would have been just as much money so this is the best I can do, unless someone is willing to bring a class action law suit. They have defrauded so many people and are getting away with it. DO NOT BUY from this piece of trash business. They have so many business addresses just to deceive people so you can't get in contact of them.

    Customer contacted us AFTER our 30 day return policy. We do not accept returns or exchages on items after 30 days. This is in our returns/refund policy. Customer then opened a ****** dispute on this order, and they told him he could return, but he was responsible for the return postage and he never returned to us. Customer is just leaving a review, when order was placed almost 8 months ago.

    To the paying customers who are reading this. This business blantly lies about their policy and does not honor them. I initiated contact with them 28 days in, still within the period. Point being, even though they sent me the wrong parts, they simply just refuse and want you as the customer to shell out more money to send it back. You messed up Car Parts. Own up to it. You are a scam business making profits from leftover wrong parts you purposefully send out. I don't understand why you have not been investigated. My moral obligation to the paying customers is to tell them that this business is a fraud. Please, please don't buy from them. I encourage everyone to go read the amount of negative reviews on this business before buying. They have a history of bad business practices.
