      I was provided a year of Kroll Monitoring due to a data breach. After about 20 minutes on hold, I was connected to a specialist, *******, who was extremely helpful and patient. She clearly recommended next steps, and contacted several credit issuers on my behalf to inform them that credit applications they had received were fraudulent.

      Getting letters to activate 1 year of free credit monitoring due to a data breach. The data breaches seem to happen more than once a year, so these codes overlap. Kroll does not allow me to extend the current monitoring account with a new code, so I'm required to create a new pseudo-account for each breach, which is a real pain.
      What's worse, my children also receive codes - and are not allowed to have their own accounts, or extend their monitoring on my account! Each time, I am required to call their service center and wait on hold for hours.

      The customer service was fantastic. A bit of a long wait, but understandable considering how many contacts need to be made. They made me aware of the process and each step we were taking, which I truly appreciated. They were wonderful and made me feel protected. **** was especially kind and very patient with me!
