      I have been a paying customer at ********************** for over five years. I have several artists for which I have released music through Ditto. I am responsible for collecting royalties from Ditto for these artists.In May 2023 Ditto informed me that my account has been suspended due to an unsubstatiated claim of fraud.       Ditto music has made it mandatory to scam artist. I purchased a subscription in which ditto failed to release my music in which I invested in promotion for these releases. After contacting ditto several times my songs were still being rejected. The few songs they did release were not as big as the records they held. I contacted ditto about this matter and seems theyre trying to force me and other artist with this same issue into paying for another subscription just to resolve the issue. Ditto fails to let me cashout my balance without buying a new subscription. I requested a refund and instead they removed my music from their platform and told me NO REFUND! This is considered fraud. Ditto has taken advantage of Artist by false promoting business and robbery of funds without remorse. There is no physical person to speak with its all computer generated responses. Ditto music needs to be removed from music distribution online because theyre known for scamming artist out of theyre money and illegally removing music releases.

      I applied to Ditto Music on 3/25/2023 to obtain membership for their basic program and paid them $19 for these services. Ditto Music fails to comply

      I purchased many subscriptions throughout the years for posting my music. My most recent was January 2023. As I filled my end of releasing a new album and followed all the guidelines with album cover and music and uploaded and sent a month prior release, ditto waited to the last week to flag my release due to explicit lyric sticker cause they claimed it was improper use when I did upload my music with checked explicit content. I notify ditto that theres a mistake that I followed everything and never had issue before, the lady mentions oh you were flagged cause of sticker. They waited til after release date which wasnt released to contact me again and I asked for supervisor who said accept our apologies that you were wrongfully flagged. I proceeded to say I want to terminate service cause you failed on the contract terms and will be requesting all my music to be taken down but first I want a refund. I know how to request my music to be taken down. All of a sudden the lady out of retaliation apparently takes all music down that I had paid to be put up without a refund costing me money each day that it was down and refused to let me speak to supervisor. Now Im asking for refund of me paying to have that music up cause I didnt have a refund or anything prior takedown. It was done at a whim and claimed cause of subscription. The ladys name is **********. Still refuses to let me talk to her supervisor. I think the company owes me full refund of all subscriptionswith all my royalties for their violation of contract and wronging me and is discriminatory practice just to target my music because of subscription when I never had a refund.

      Thank you for your involvement. I do anticipate the business to say without subscription prior albums may be removed. As I terminated them from my 2023 release as they failed to uphold their binding terms and negligent/improper response and timing of response, my question to them is if I had never terminated them would my prior albums been removed even though I had paid for them already to be distributed? Their answer should be no as I feel my prior albums takedown was both retaliatory and or discriminatory. Prior deals stated without subscription I cant collect royalties which I agreed to was never told about album takedown with subscription. Theres others without subscriptions who dont have theirs taken down. I wanted to get this on record to demonstrate their actions. And that any consumer can take caution before entering into terms and see what kind of business theyre holding. I do want a refund of prior subscriptions

      It started first with the delayed VEVO page creation and processing of my video. Should've known by the service I received during that process that my decision choosing DITTO to distribute my music, was a bad one.They will provide a date for release but fail to execute on the date. For artist's who have content release campaigns and a deadline for deliverables, DO NOT PAY your money to DITTO with the expectation that they will deliver. It takes several days or weeks to get any response from support. Emailing, initiating a chat through the website, avails nothing. I have been waiting a weeks for a simple answer to a major question. Service at DITTO sucks!!

      We are Solicitors instructed to act in the estate of a deceased's customer of **********************. Following closure of the deceased's accounts with Ditto Music, we requested closing statements from Ditto Music showing all movements on the account from the date of death through to the date the accounts were closed. The request was made in August 2021. We chased this request on 29 August 2021, 8 December 2021, 6 January 2022, 13 January 2022, 12 July 2022, 14 July 2022 and 7 September 2022. We have also asked Ditto Music for details of their complaints procedure at least three times. Ditto Music has failed to provide us with the statements requested and required for the administration of the estate, have failed to respond to our request for details of their complaints procedure and now is refusing to answer our emails at all. The last email we received from Ditto Music was on 3 September 2021 when they advised that their accounts team had been instructed of our request but we have received nothing since.

      Hello,

      This is a complaint about not being paid the full amount of royalties I am owed. I have sent several emails and had no response from anybody.

      I have at least had over 660k streams on just one song, however to date I have only been paid for half of this amount (370k), and not the full amount of royalties for other songs. I was told this is a '3 month delay' but even with the daily streams I get which is on average 2k-3k a day - that amount doesn't add up. I want to be back paid for what I am owed according to the current and real streams I have on ALL services as I believe my money is being held on to.

      I also have high reputable countries as the main source of streams proof attached.

      Please be advised that sales reports come in delayed from stores. Here's the estimated time of delay of sales report:

      Vevo: 6-12 months behind
      Music: 3-6 months behind

      Do know that it may take 3-6 months for the sales reports to come in depending on when stores send them to us. We have no control over when the data is sent and we are dependent on the stores for this but rest assured that once we receive them it will be displayed on your dashboard.

      It is also possible the streams reflecting on your account may differ on the platform. This is because streams are verified first if it is legitimate and stores remove the count of any abnormal streaming before they send it as royalties to our system. These abnormal streams are not monetized.

      Please take note that there are also different factors that affect how much a song earns per stream and it is not a set amount each time.       We do not take any percentage of royalties and users get 100% of their earnings.

      Ditto Music blocked my account and refused to pay all the money that I earned from *******, ***** music etc.
      They collected my money and with an excuse deleted my account without sending to me my money.
      They also deleted my artists profiles, it was a real disaster for my artists (it was always me but with different names) because I earned a lot of listeners and they deleted everything.
      You can see in attach one screenshot of my artists before Ditto Music deleted everything, I had more than 17000 monthly listeners.

      I want 10000 euros for the damage they caused me.

Our investigations show that within Spotify, there is a very considerable difference between your total unique users/listeners to the amount of streams being generated.

      Illegal streaming is against the terms and conditions that you sign up to adhere to when you register for our service and we do take this matter seriously. Any site that guarantees playlisting or streams is engaging in artificial streaming and is against the terms or our service.

      Your account has since been reviewed however based of the high artificial streaming activity that had been detected through further sales data we have received prior to your initial warning we have had no choice but to permanently close your Ditto account, all active releases are in the process of being removed and any remaining funds cannot be released as the stores have the rights to reclaim streams that had been generated artificially.

      So I made exactly what Ditto asked me.
      Anyway my account was deleted.
      My artists had A LOT of listeners, so I want at least the money of all the genuine plays!

      Regarding changing your artist name, this is considered a major change to your release so it cannot be applied once your releases have already been sent to stores, however, if you were to takedown your releases under the current name, you will be able to update your name's capitalization and then re-upload your releases afterwards.
