Horrible company. The worst business experience ever. This is a very fraudulent company. I never use the product but was charge every month as if I were using the product. When attempted to cancel, the company gave me a 1-800 number that would say it was not in service. I never seen anything like this. I can not believes they have a "A-" rating on at the better business bureau when they can get more than one star from client that actually deal with the company. If I could give the company no stars I would.

Change Healthcare handles the billing for the City of Plainview Fire/EMS Dept. Not realizing that my mother's bill had been paid by Medicare and her supplemental insurance, I paid the bill after receiving a second request for payment. I later discovered that the bill had already been paid, so I sent a letter to the address on the bill with documentation showing that the bill had been paid twice. I waited about two weeks and followed up with a phone call. They acknowledged that they did show that a refund was due and said that it would take 12 to 14 weeks to process the refund. That was in September 2022. I have now called nine times only to be told the same thing.
I have been told numerous times that a supervisor would call me back, but they never have. I emailed their corporate office asking for assistance, and I contacted the City of Plainview. Their corporate office said it was the City of Plainview's responsibility to send a refund, but the city told me they have an agreement with Change Healthcare which stipulates that Change Healthcare handles the refunds. I have tried contacting the corporate office and the City of Plainview again but have not received a response from either of them.
