      The Law Offices of Jennifer McCoy has obtained my information illegally. They have put inaccurate and fraudulent information on my credit without my consent. They have never reached out to me, to verify this alleged debt belongs to me. I did not authorize this fraudulent account to be on my credit report. I do not have knowledge of this fraudulent account. Please remove the account immediately. Thank you for your cooperation.

      This debt collector engaged in abusive, deceptive, and unfair practices of the ***** which it prohibits. They furnished this account that we didnt agree upon and I didnt sign an agreement on. A legal contract is signed by two parties and I did not participate in any of it. More so, they didnt follow the proper 5 step validation procedure which make this unfair practices. According to the *****, Im entitled to ***** dollars per violation and clearly they violated my rights.

      This business is a debt collector, Ive been making payments since last year of September. I only received I receipt upon having to request for it. Once received the Receipt things looks incorrect on it. *** tried calling to speak with a representative but every person I talk to gets very upset with me and hangs up the phone or never responds.
