BBB has been unable to obtain a physical location for the company. This company has a pattern of complaint regarding delivery issues and customer service issues. Consumers advise that they order test kits but are either missing pieces, packaged so poorly that they arrive damaged or simply are not delivered. Other consumers advise the company will not respond to them at all or the owner promises to remedy the issue and get back to them. However, they never hear from him. Additionally, the company website claims to have US FDA registration number and CLIA lab certification but neither agency has any record of the company.

            BBB contacted the company to request their voluntary cooperation in responding to the unanswered and unresolved complaints as well as eliminating the pattern of complaint; however, the company failed to respond.

            Ordered a colon test, they took the payment for it on 11/21/23 . I never received confirmation, I emailed them on 11/25 and then again on 12/2 both times I got no response. At this point I just want my money back.

            I am in the same boat as others here. I ordered (2) PSA tests on December 8, 2023. I have not received them. I have emailed their "orders" and have not received an answer. I have called and Noone picks up nor does the answer machine even say its biolabs. This must be a scam and I am out $180.
