            In approx. mid-May of 2021, I took a gemstone cameo pendant into Belle Meade jewelry to have a bezel made for it. He quoted a price of $2300 and additional credit for our gold chain and bezel that was included with the cameo. Later that day I called and told him I had changed my mind and did not want the work done, He explained he had already "ordered the gold" for the bezel and would not cancel the order. He said he "was excited" about the piece and please let him do it. I felt very pressured to do so, I relented. I received a text within just a few days that the pendant was ready. It was odd b/c we agreed we would come in and size the bale to a chain before continuing. When picked up the piece, it was a horrible mess. The bezel was unacceptable and the gem was damaged. (photos available) He refused to give credit for our gold chain and bezel. Refused insurance info and refused refund for poor work. I was told to fight it out with ***** He knew he damaged the gem.
