1 starIf zero stars was an option that is what I would rate my experience. Ordered two custom Glocks. Neither will fire a full mag without failures. Sent back and "adjustments" were completed. Neither would fire a mag without failure again when returned to me. I'm an experienced shooter and have built many of my own Glocks. Was looking for the easy button to have someone else do it this time and then I could just shoot them. Contacted them again, the response was "we test fire them before they leave". They may fire a single round but there is no way they test fire even a full mag at speed to ensure they function reliably. Garbage product, garbage service. 1 starI paid $2,000 for a custom firearm build from Glockstore, and the entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing.
The work I received was far below acceptable standards. The trigger was inconsistent and poorly tuned, the Cerakote finish was uneven and already showing signs of wear, and the front sight was improperly cut, leaving it hanging off the frame. For a $2,000 custom build, this level of quality is completely unacceptable.
After raising my concerns, Glockstore initially promised to replace the gun and issue a full refund via check, which I agreed to. Later, without informing me, they refunded the money to two cards I had originally used—one of which was a closed account. I now have no access to the funds, as confirmed by the bank. The bank also stated that Glockstore must request a refund reversal to recover the money.
Despite sharing this information, Glockstore refuses to take responsibility, instead blaming me for the issue. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since I clearly stated upfront that I preferred a refund via check to avoid such issues. They ignored this and now refuse to honor their original agreement.
I also discovered that the changes they quoted me at $800 for fixing the original build’s problems were inflated. Their website lists similar work for $300, yet they insisted on charging me more. This inconsistency and lack of transparency reflect poorly on their business practices.
I’m asking Glockstore to fulfill their commitment by recovering the funds and issuing the refund properly, as originally promised. The poor quality of their work, their mishandling of the refund, and their dismissive customer service are unacceptable. I expected professionalism and accountability, but this experience has been nothing but a hassle and a financial burden.Review fromElizabeth S

1 starI ordered a jacket last Nov (2023) when they were on sell . When the charge came through ****** I didnt know who it was because it doesn't say "The Glock Store" so thinking I was scammed I canceled the order. Later I found out that it was the right place so I reordered on Dec 1,2023 and paid full price $151. as it got closer to Christmas and I hadn't heard anything I called, it would be after Christmas before I got it, No Problem. I have now talked with them several times and finally after THEY canceled my order asked for a refund. Three times now I was supposed to have gotten one. I just got off the phone (August 5, 2024) and the young man saw in my file I had not been given a refund and said he would check on it and get back to me. I paid for it through ****** and a refund would come through ****** as well and so I know they haven't sent one. Biggest runaround Ever!! 1 starGlockstore received my returned items, confirmed on its weight and original packaging by **** (un tampered with). Glockstore then emailed me telling me the box was empty.. they failed to refund me my $85.49. **** has pictures of the box untampered with upon arrival.Review fromMario C

This customer was sent the wrong item which we attempted to rectify. The customer was/is not pleased with our standard return process in which he has to return the incorrect item and we would send the correct one with no charge of shipping label. It is unclear why the customer thought the process would be different for him. The wrong item has to be returned in order to provide the correct one. 1 starI had a terrible experience with The Glock Store, which was both deceitful and frustrating. They falsely advertise products as "in stock" on their website, only to later reveal they have none available, a clear bait-and-switch tactic. My order for an allegedly available item was quickly followed by a notification of it being out of stock, and contacting them was a hassle as they only communicate via text messages.
Additionally, reputable manufacturers like *** ***** have severed ties with them over questionable business practices, a major red flag. Despite listing items as available, they fail to fulfill orders promptly, wasting customers' time and money. Other retailers had the product readily available, highlighting The Glock Store's inefficiency.
Avoid The Glock Store to spare yourself the trouble. Their dishonesty and poor service are not worth your time. This is a warning to steer clear of their business and spread the word about their unacceptable practices.Glockstore

Why we hate that you had a less than pleasant experience when shopping with us, we want to remind you that we do not advertise as having a "live inventory" as we allow our customers to order any of our products as we will ship them as they come in from backorder. We promptly notify our customers of the backorder as our customer service representatives review the incoming orders manually. 2 starsI bought a Gen 5 "******** Guide Rod" from the Nashville Glock Store which, according to the owner, Lenny M*****, on his video said "will not break." Well, it did break, and after less than 300 rounds. A catastrophic, and potentially dangerous failure. Though it broke a short time after their 30 day return policy, I give them credit that they did refund my purchase. But, in order to inform their customers of my experience, I posted two reviews of this. To my dismay, both were never published on their website. I have emailed them numerous times asking why my review was not published and to date have never heard a word from them. This leaves me to believe that the Glock Store is more interested in sales, than honesty, and safety. Needless to say, I can not recommend The Glock Store.Glockstore

We regret to learn of the issue you encountered with the manufactured part. As with any machine-made component, it is impossible to determine if it will be defective until notified. When Lenny made the statement that the rod "will not break," he was referring to the fact that our rod is composed of tungsten, unlike the factory guide rod, which is made of plastic.
We understand that the end cap may have become dislodged and the spring may have shifted position. However, it is not a common problem, and it is inaccurate to claim that it is an issue with every rod in a review. You received a faulty item, and we offered to replace it. Nonetheless, when you requested a refund, we promptly refunded the amount to you. You have received a refund for a defective item, which is an uncommon situation.

1 starMy blood pressure will go to the roof if I told you the whole story but the juxt of it is the lead customer service rep Diane ordered the wrong copper mag release for me I asked for copper they sent me something that look like dog s*** Brown and then they want to claim that it's me who got it wrong after I went on cerakotes website and told them the beautiful copper normal color that you would see.. long story short after them aggravating me for umpteen weeks now they're refusing a refund and they actually told me they don't want my business because of the way I word my emails and how I've been treating their customer reps! Well that's a lie because there's only one rep that I've had a problem with and been rude to and that's the moron Diane who ordered the wrong part and now they don't want to stand behind anything and they stole my 75 bucks and basically told me to take a flying leap off of bridge.. I will admit the other parts I ordered came out great but I would never in my life dream of ordering anything that was cerakote and I would never leave any of my parts shipped to them because nobody knows what they're doing the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing they don't answer emails promptly it's a complete debacle over there.. they'll never see another penny in my money and I put together the most beautiful pistols you've ever seen.. save your money try to get your stuff somewhere else.. you can read my reviews on Google and you'll see I'm on point about everything I review whether it's good or bad and trust me doing business with the GlockStore has been bad really really bad nothing but a freaking headache and A NIGHTMARE!! We listened to all of your calls and read all of the email communications exchanged between you and our company. We can assure you the proof of what you requested is what you received. While we understand that it can be frustrating when you look forward to a purchase and it is not what you thought it would be, it is not okay to take said frustration out on those attempting to help. However, as listed on our website custom projects are not refundable. Please see below:

Due to the nature of this work and the labor and parts that need to be custom fitted, there are NO REFUNDS on custom gun builds.
Once you order the work to be performed there is no recourse or refund available. We do stand behind our work 100% and strive to produce quality items. However, we are human and mistakes sometimes happen....in this case, we will fix our mistake to your satisfaction. No refunds are available on Custom Gun Builds or Gunsmithing.
Custom orders (gun builds, slide cuts, laser engraving, frame work, re-sizing, refinishing, etc.) require payment in full at the time of placing the order and are NON REFUNDABLE. "
Our business is to help customize a firearm that the customers request. We often share opinions and advise to help the customer to receive what they are looking for and in a case that we do make a mistake, we have no issues correcting and apologizing for the matter.Unfortunately for you, after listening to the calls, we now know that the agent did not go against any wishes that you specifically requested and that you were honestly indecisive and did not remember what you asked for based on your call recording that we also emailed you a copy of which occurred 2/27/23 @10:06 AM CST.
We thank you for your business but as we previously stated, we will no longer conduct business with you due to your hostile nature towards our staff who have done nothing but try to assist you even by offering you discounts on future orders even though it was not warranted.
All items belonging to you have already been shipped back to you as of April 19, 2023. This will serve as our final response regarding this matter.

1 starIf you're thinking about buying anything from The Glock Store, please think again. I ordered two the items on March 17, 2023. for $55.00. I received them on Mar. 29, they weren't what I needed and I got an RMA# on the 30th and sent back the items on Mar. 31. The Glockstore received them on Apr. 4. I called on Apr. 8 to find out the status and was told they were working on it. I called on Apr. 13 and was told the same thing. I told her that I was waiting for this be done before I ordered more items. Now they have had the returned items for 10 days and nothing has been done.. When I talked with the customer service representative, she could not give me any time frame when this would be taken care of and was rude, condescending. She offered no apology for the delay or my inconvenience. Needless to say, if and when, I receive a credit for the items I sent back, I will not order from The Glockstore again and certainly won't recommend them to anybody!Glockstore

1 starDo not do business with them. I made 3 purchases from them. I paid extra on all orders to have them shipped via *****. None of them were shipped via *****. They were all shipped with the cheaper shipping option even though I paid extra. One item took a month to get shipped and delivered. I learned my lesson and will not be doing business with them again. I suggest you stay away also.Glockstore
