              We contacted Grays Disposal and set up an account. They dropped off a plastic container and picked up trash one time in November. When I called to request the day they would pick up each week, they could not find the account. They set it up again. We paid for four months in the middle of December. They have never come and picked up our trash after paying $200.00. My daughter has called and called and the woman is nice but no one comes out. We just want to be paid pack for three months, for them to come and get their can and for them to delete our account. We have requested that over the phone also.

              Grays refuses to pick up two garbage bags that contain ashes from fire pit and that is not illegal to throw away in garbage. They will pick out garbage bags and leave these two on top of the garbage container. It is normal garbage. I have called 3 times and one lady just plain out said they probably wont pick it up. I even have complained to property management but they are useless. They also have tried to scam me but didnt realize I have enough sense to know when they are up to that. I recommend you avoid grays at all cost. I have no choice as I have a HOA (useless as well). Wish I could give them negative stars. They make their work harder by putting the bags on the container after they pick out the rest of trash, you would think work smarter not harder and go ahead and take the darn bags. They are doing more work avoiding taking them than they would be just to take them.
