      Horrible! No one ever answers and when they do you are rushed. I have sent my info over several times and right after get an email stating incomplete application. Feel like I dodged a bullet on this one! Scammers

      This company is a joke period. I filled out their application submitted everything I was asked 4 days later and I called 11 times just to be told it is in the que and just wait. Thru those 4 days thus far I have been emailed 23 times saying I need to submit ssn card when I call they say it is all submitted sit tite give it a hour and wait on a email. Every email all 9 is asking for ssn card crock of ** COMPANY just scam. Then today day 5 they try and take 128.00 out my account luckily my bank asked me if I approved this transaction. Stay away just a scam

      I'm sorry I ever considered appying for a small line of credit. But I was in a bind, only needed $1200 to help me out. Now I have to wonder how much is it going to cost me to pay this off. Need to find out how much of my payment is going to the principal. Their contract is so full of legalese, how can the average person even understand all the **. Their program is only geared to gouge the consumer with high rates and the monthly rate keeps going up. Total ripoff!!

      My husband went through them for a small loan. He doesn't understand a lot of the legal jargon. Anyhow he specifically asked will my payments stay around $50-$60 a month as we are disabled and cannot afford anything more. The lady assured him his payments would be within that amount... His first payment was within that amount. The next payment shot up to $150. When called to inquire about this. Was told oh the first payment was not for a full month. When we explained that he asked multiple times about the monthly payment amount and was assured it would be within our budget,the person responded with I don't know. Now granted due to him not understanding the legal aspects and so forth the interest rates and fees are insane. However I said according to everything I understand when you are applying there is a recording stating that the call will be recorded. When I brought this up and said the lady assured him the payments would never be over $60 a month of course nobody could access that recording. This is the most crooked financial institution in Tennessee. It should be against the law to charge the interest rates and fees that they do. These flex loans are setup to where you cannot get them paid off other than going and paying the balance in full. It's just a scam. If people had money,good credit and so forth they wouldn't need a loan to start with. I would strongly suggest anyone to not do this or any business with this company. Here's an example. The interest rate it 275% plus they have a bunch of fees that make no sense too. People and lawyers need to address the governor of Tennessee regard this company and any company that are charging those kind of interest rates. And who are point blank crooked and theirs. If you do you research there are not any good costumer reviews besides the ones that the people work for advance financial. I was told by a past employee that the company offered them money to give a good review or the family members to do it.

      I am not sure how it is legal for this company to still be in business. I have told them numerous times to take my account off of auto draft and they have not done it, they continue to draft my bank account after my wishes. Their predatory fees are extremely high and I was not told I would have to pay bi-weekly cause of my paychecks. I have checked all of my documents that I signed and NONE of them state that I had to pay bi-weekly. No matter how bad you need money do not get a loan with this company. They need to be added to the action lawsuit with ****** ***.

      0/10 It’s a scam. I took a 200 hundred dollar loan and never got the money. They said I did and have a payment soon. I called and said I never got the money and don’t want to be charged for something I never got. She said we’ll have to wait and see if your bank sends it back. This was on 4/19. How is this place still allowed to be running?

      I wished I saw these reviews. Needed a quick loan and I applied I was approved but never receive the money. I didn’t initiate an ach it did automatically, my bank said they don’t see any pending transactions and my balance goes up daily due to interest. ITS BEEN A WEEK I DIDNT RECEIVE THE MONEY BALANCE GOING UP. I found another loan same day and longer interested

      Run!!! I opened my account in December payments are supposed to be $162 I am one payment behind and now my payments range from $207- $230 like why. Not only that but they charge me $30 for late fees how when you draft from my account!! That's on you. My payments are never the same amount, like this is crazy. I refuse to put my debit card on here. Because if you have my bank account than payment shouldn't be late. The balance isn't decreasing either. In this month I would have paid them three times that's not every two weeks, I didn't authorize you to take from account any time you feel like it. Immediately stopped payment.

      Singed up for this thinking it was a good deal and I needed the cash. Been using them for a few months. Reviewed my account because my balances should be going down, but they are not. they have been taken over $200 from every checking but only apply $15 towards the loan., that is $370 a month on a $3k loan. This has to be illegal and I am looing into it. There is not way I am going to continue to pay that much interest. Stay Away!
