Please read all communications with Wildcard, Wild Card Inc. Wild Card LLC.
I informed them of the issue and they promised my grandson a replacement autographed Johnathon Kaminga card "shown" and special packs for the inconvenience s promised.
They never sent anything. I've ask them what happened twice with no reply to both attempts.
This is horrible to do to a child! I got indepth about my grandson and told them sbout his cancer that he fought off. As I said, this is horrible!
I can't find words how wrong what they did here is.
I should post this conversation in every card collector forum to to see how really good they are.
As I said, please read their promise after their admission of the problem being there fought.
I thought they were such nice people, and it was just a game.
This company has no phone list on their site. If you email either sales or xxx.xxx the email is sent back to you. There is no physical address, just Nashville Tennessee with no zipcode
